Nocki warrants to the original consumer that the Nocki products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. If a product fault or defect arises within the Warranty Period, Nocki will repair or replace at its discretion the product or part of the product provided it hasn't been misused, altered or damaged after purchase and was used according to instructions. In case that repair or replacement isn't possible, a refund will be provided instead. This Limited Warranty excludes faults or damage caused by the way the device is treated and/or used by the consumer such as physical damage, part loss, or product alterations. This Limited Warranty excludes accessories or consumable parts such as screws and charging cables. 

Smart Locks
The Warranty Period for Nocki Smart Locks is 2 years from the date of purchase.

Smart Dashcam Mirror
The Warranty Period for Nocki Smart Dashcam Mirror is 1 year from the date of purchase.
